The easiest way to order parts is through an account, which you have to create/apply for only once.
For consumers:

In order to benefit from favourable dealer prices, you need a login. Click here to apply for a dealer login, which is sent to you within 24 hours. Then you will benefit from our favourable dealer prices and you may order on credit.
Step 1: Look for a part that you want to order through one of the three search options.
Step 2: Click on ‘add to basket’. Continue if you want to buy more.
Step 3: Click on the ‘… items in your basket’ to see what you have selected and to change quantities or parts or remove parts.
Step 4: When you are ready to finalise your shopping, click on ‘order’.
Step 5: If you had not yet logged in as a user, you can do so now by entering your account data and logging in. If you are a new user, fill in your data.
Step 6: Now you arrive at ‘Finalise order’. Select a method of payment and click on ‘To payment’. Here you fill in your bank or credit card data and finalise the order.
Step 7: You receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail immediately.
Step 8: We prepare your order for despatch and you receive an e-mail at the time when your order leaves our warehouse, specifying a track & trace number of PostNL, which enables you to identify the location of your parcel at any time you want.

If the Model Code of your device is not shown, please send all data of your device to the SupportDesk, so that we can help you find the product. We will then notify you of whether it can be delivered, time of delivery and price as soon as possible.
You may pay for the parts ordered through credit card, PayPal, AfterPay and iDeal. We accept the credit cards of VISA, Maestro, American Express and MasterCard. iDeal enables you to pay through your own bank simply and safely.
Bank transfer
This allows you to transfer the full order amount including including any VAT to NL17 RABO 0104000821 in the name of 2Service B.V.to us from your own bank account. Please provide the order number as the payment reference. You can email the proof of payment to [email protected] and [email protected]. Based on this proof of payment we will release and deliver the order. You can use a bank transfer with a minimum order amount of €15.
Credit card (Visa, Maestro, American Express and MasterCard):
You may enter your credit card data through our secure SSL procedure and, together with your credit card organisation, we ensure that your payment is processed correctly.
PayPal:
You can pay for all your online purchases through PayPal by using only your e-mail address and password. You can also do so through your mobile phone or tablet with the PayPal-app.
iDeal (only for orders within the Netherlands):
This method of payment enables you to make the payment through your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your familiar internet payment environment, on the basis of specific security procedures of your own bank. If you conduct your banking transactions through the internet, you can use iDeal without having to sign on first.
AfterPay:
You can pay for your online order by means of a digital giro collection form through AfterPay. AfterPay carries out the full payment process in arrears for Samsungparts.eu. This means that you receive a digital giro collection form from AfterPay through e-mail to pay for the product purchased. Samsungparts.eu accepts digital giro collection forms up to € 150.- when you pay through AfterPay for the first time and up to € 350.- for subsequent payments.
Before complying with your request to pay by means of a digital giro collection form, AfterPay checks your data. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as set out in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request to pay by means of a digital giro collection form is not authorised, you may of course pay for the product purchased through another method of payment. When processing the financial transaction, we use a secure SSL internet connection. The SSL software ensures that the payment data are transmitted through the internet in an encrypted form. The secure connection can be identified by the lock at the top left-hand side next to the browser bar.
If you have a voucher code, you can convert it into cash in the ordering process (step 1 – basket – use voucher?) When you have filled in the code, your discount is deducted from the total amount automatically. The discount is applicable only to the total amount excluding VAT and forwarding charges.
You may cancel your order from the time when you place it up to the day prior to the day of its delivery (up to 14.00 hrs at the latest) free of charge at any time. For this purpose you should contact us through the contact form on the SupportDesk page. Please specify the order number (D2S2xxxx, C2S2xxxx) to enable us to identify it.
All orders are forwarded through PostNL. Delivery takes two to three working days on average within the Europe. The exact time when PostNL delivers your order cannot be determined. Generally, parcels may be delivered at your address between 8.00 and 17.30 hrs by the postman or a special parcel delivery service of PostNL. PostNL tries to deliver parcels on two consecutive working days. After the second attempt the parcel may be collected from the post office specified from the next working day.
SamsungOnderdelen.com supplies parts to consumers and businesses within Europe.
We do our best to deliver your product to you within three working days. However, it may take longer, depending on manufacturers procedures. The stock of parts in warehouses of manufacturers rotates very fast. This means that a part that is in stock today, may have the status ‘on order’ tomorrow. 2Service B.V., as an independent organisation, cannot influence that in any way and the manufacturers does not notify us of such delays either.
This means that a part may not delivered within the three to five working days promised, but is delayed. The only thing we can do in such cases is to inform you of its status, which we do after ten to fifteen days from the date of the order. After thirty days the order is cancelled automatically, because probably the part is no longer available. You are notified of this, too.
We ship parts to the following European countries, charging the lowest possible shipping costs. Tarifs are for an average postale package, excl. VAT.

In almost all cases, you have a warranty on the articles you order from Samsungparts.eu. Only if you have incorrectly ordered articles yourself or if articles are no longer needed does the warranty not apply.
Consumers have 14-days right of withdrawal after the purchase. Your reflection period will expire two weeks after receiving the parts. Defective parts can be returned by both consumers and dealers within 30 days of purchase. You should always notify us of this online in advance via the RMA tool. After reporting the return, the shipment must be sent to us within seven days.
You can notify is of a return shipment using the RMA tool (under 'returns' in your account). This tool is only accessible to customers with an account. How does it work?
Go to your account and click on returns. This is where you can report your return. You will see an overview of all the articles you have ordered and can easily indicate which of these articles you would like to return to us.
After confirming your return shipment online, you will receive a shipping label and packing note via e-mail. Place the packing note in the box and stick the shipping label onto the box. The shipping costs of your return shipment will be reimbursed afterwards. You can track the status of your shipment in your account and you always receive a shipping confirmation in your mailbox.
Pack your shipment properly to avoid any transport damage. This is your responsibility as a customer. We will send you a confirmation once we have received your return and will keep you up to date on its further status. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the costs within 10 business days of receipt at our location.
Are you a one-time customer of Samsungparts.eu and do you not have an account? You can still return articles to us using the return form! How does it work?
Register via the section, enter the order number and e-mail address, and the verification code sent via e-mail, which is used to submit the request.
After confirming your return shipment online, you will receive a shipping label and packing note via e-mail. You can use this to return articles to us. Place the packing note in the box and stick the shipping label onto the box.

For defective parts, you should always report the defect via our online RMA tool as soon as possible. A standard 30-day warranty applies to technical defects. After reporting the return, the articles must be sent to us within seven days, using the shipment label. After inspection, we will reimburse the costs within 10 business days, if you are entitled to a refund.
